About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed professional. Ensures professional accountability, coordinates care with other departments, and maintains patient rights and confidentiality.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience, with current licensure as an LPN in the state. Must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements.

Preferred Certifications

• ACLS
• PALS
• PEARS
• S.T.A.B.L.E.
• BLS
• LPN-IV certification

Depending on department needs. Certification acquisition within specified timeframes may be required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform movements such as bending, kneeling, and reaching
