PRN LPN Cardiac

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or the direction of a registered nurse, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality. Responsibilities: Coordinates patient care with other departments, maintains confidentiality, and upholds patient rights.Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience, with current state licensure. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, or unit-specific credentials may be required or needed within specified timeframes.Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, and twisting.Skills & Attributes: Strong knowledge of nursing practices, ability to work collaboratively, and adherence to regulatory standards.
