Qualifications Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent education and successful licensure.Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all State Board of Nursing requirements. Preferred Certifications ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., BLS, LPN-IV Certification, or other unit-specific certifications as required. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 lbs regularly.Prolonged standing and walking during shifts.Ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform essential duties.
