About the Role
The PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate care to medically fragile pediatric patients in a supportive, family-like environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies safely.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor, document, and report patient progress and changes promptly.
- Offer education and emotional support to families and caregivers.
- Create a safe, nurturing environment for children.
Requirements
- Active PA LPN License and CPR certification (training provided if needed).
- Clear criminal background check.
- Experience in pediatric nursing preferred but not required.
Schedule
Flexible 12-hour shifts with no nights, weekends, or holidays.
