PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents.
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and support nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Louisiana Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with the care team.
• Passion for providing excellent resident care.
• Long-term care experience is a plus but not required.

Pay

$28.00–$31.75 per hour (DOE)
