PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide ambulatory patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Implement and follow the plan of care to deliver quality, cost-effective services.Travel to various assignments within designated areas including Augusta, Aiken, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Thomson, and Lake Oconee.Maintain current Georgia LPN licensure and BLS certification.Possess an active multi-state LPN Compact License is preferred. Key Skills Include Strong nursing skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.Ability to adapt to different clinical settings. Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care in outpatient settings.Supporting the care plan as directed by registered nurses.Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards.
