PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the Role

Provides ambulatory patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, implementing care plans and delivering quality, cost-effective services. This float role involves traveling to assignments across multiple locations, including Augusta, Aiken, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Thomson, and Lake Oconee.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care aligned with established care plans.
• Assist in patient assessments and provide treatments as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current Georgia LPN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC.
• Active LPN license to practice in Georgia, with a preference for a Multi-State LPN Compact License.
