Hospice RN Role
Provides emotional support, aiming to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.
Conducts appropriate supervisory visits to observe team member performance.
Participates in interdisciplinary group meetings, contributing to the development, review, and revision of the patient/family plan of care.
Requirements
- Current Michigan RN License in good standing
- Minimum 1 year hospice experience
- Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers
- Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a full-time, on-call basis
