About the role
As an Enhance Rehabilitation occupational therapist assistant, you will work under the guidance of an occupational therapist to support a dynamic team. Your primary responsibilities include assisting in the treatment of patients by implementing individualized plans of care developed by Occupational Therapists. You will ensure that every patient receives quality treatment, leading to excellent functional outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
- Aid patients through all phases of occupational therapy treatment and techniques.
- Communicate with patients about their treatment and document their conditions and responses to treatments in charts after each session.
- Interact continuously with Occupational Therapists, Directors of Rehab, and facility staff to provide comprehensive care.
- Operate and utilize knowledge of standard occupational therapy equipment.
Requirements
