The role involves functioning as a lead and resource for other staff, assisting with lab coordination, training new employees, and ensuring credentialing and quality assurance activities. The role emphasizes quality patient care, team leadership, and adherence to credentialing standards.
Responsibilities
- Conducting tests at multiple locations
- Leading by maintaining credentials, auditing cases, and managing quality assurance
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED with Sonography certification (RDCS or equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience
- Preferred associate’s degree in Allied Health/Sonography with 5-10 years of experience
- License in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation
- No supervisory experience required
Skills
Strong knowledge of cardiac testing procedures, leadership abilities, credential management, and quality assurance expertise.
