PRN Afternoon Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

About the role

Frankfort Terrace is an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) with 120 beds providing patient care to the mentally ill/behavioral population. This is a 4-star rated facility. Residents do not require skilled care and are much more independent. Many residents have been with us a long time and feel like family.

Schedule

PRN with a minimum every other weekend rotation (2 shifts per pay period). Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois
• Prior experience in a SNF or ICF is preferred
• Prior experience or desire to work with behavioral population
• New Graduate Nurses are welcome to apply
• Electronic medical records experience is helpful (Point Click Care or PCC is ideal)
• Must follow CMS & IDPH rules for the Covid-19 vaccine — fully vaccinated or submit an exemption (details discussed during interview)
