PRN-Administrative Assistant

About the role

We are currently searching for Dental Administrative Assistants to support our Military missions in the State of ________. The position involves completing administrative duties such as checking in and out participants, paperwork differentiation, and inputting Denclass soldier information. It also includes event set up, take down, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out participants
• Differentiate paperwork
• Input Denclass soldier information
• Complete event set up, take down, and maintenance

Requirements

• Dental office or administrative experience
• Necessary training for Military events
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft Office
• Prior experience with Dental (preferred)
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes quickly
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Prior experience in a military setting (preferred)
• Must have weekend availability
• Proficiency with computer systems, especially Microsoft Office
