Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning and wealth transfer strategies
  • Draft complex estate planning documents, including trusts and advanced structures
  • Provide guidance on gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax matters
  • Manage trust and estate administration matters
  • Conduct legal research on complex and multi-jurisdictional planning issues
  • Supervise and mentor junior associates and paralegals
  • Work closely with clients on high-value and complex matters

Who You Are

  • 4th–8th year associate (exceptional mid-level candidates also considered)
  • Strong experience in trusts & estates and private wealth work
  • Experience advising high net worth individuals and families
  • Strong academic credentials
  • Excellent drafting, research and communication skills
  • Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple matters
  • Experience supervising junior team members
  • LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning preferred
  • Admitted to the Texas Bar or eligible for admission
