Private Equity Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) | Applied AI x Corporate Finance

About the role

The role involves working with frontier AI labs to integrate real-world investment banking and private equity expertise into their models.

Responsibilities

• Create client-quality deliverables across investment banking and private equity workflows, including models, internal controls (IC) materials, valuation analyses, and presentations.
• Build end-to-end deal tasks rather than isolated questions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of various scenarios (e.g., LBO).
• Apply the same rigorous standards expected in regulated industries, including compliance and ethical considerations.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in private equity or investment banking with a track record of completed deals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
