About the role
The role involves working with frontier AI labs to integrate real-world investment banking and private equity expertise into their models.
Responsibilities
- Create client-quality deliverables across investment banking and private equity workflows, including models, internal controls (IC) materials, valuation analyses, and presentations.
- Build end-to-end deal tasks rather than isolated questions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of various scenarios (e.g., LBO).
- Apply the same rigorous standards expected in regulated industries, including compliance and ethical considerations.
Requirements
- 3 to 7 years of experience in private equity or investment banking with a track record of completed deals.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment strategies.
