About the role

The labs at Frontier AI are equipped with advanced computing resources. What they lack are experienced professionals who can provide the judgment and reasoning necessary for complex financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Create client-quality deliverables across various investment banking workflows, including valuation and operating models, pitch and teaser materials, comparables and precedent analyses, and comprehensive presentations.
• Engage in end-to-end deal tasks rather than isolated questions, working through entire processes such as mergers and acquisitions or financings.
• Apply the same rigorous standards expected in regulated industries, ensuring all work meets high ethical and legal benchmarks.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in investment banking with a proven track record of completed deals.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret complex financial data.
• Experience in creating detailed financial models and presentations.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial modeling software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
