Leveraged Finance Associate, AI Residency (Part-time) | Applied AI x Corporate Finance

About the role

The labs at Frontier AI are equipped with the necessary compute power. However, they require human judgment to complement their models. This role involves leveraging your real-world experience in investment banking and private equity to enhance the reasoning behind AI models.

Responsibilities

• Create client-quality deliverables across various investment banking workflows such as valuation and operating models, pitch and teaser materials, comps and precedent analyses, and decks.
• Build end-to-end deal tasks rather than isolated questions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of processes like mergers and acquisitions or financings.
• Apply the same rigorous standards expected in real deal work, including those applicable to regulated industries.

Requirements

• 3 to 7 years of experience in investment banking with a track record of completed deals.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to reason through complex financial scenarios.
• Experience working with and understanding the nuances of regulated industries.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to convey technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and analysis.
• Experience with investment banking and private equity practices.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools used in financial modeling and presentations.
