About the role

The labs at Frontier AI are equipped with advanced computing resources. However, they require human judgment to complement their capabilities. This role seeks individuals with practical experience in financial matters such as valuations, financing decisions, and pitch recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Create client-quality deliverables across various investment banking workflows including valuation and operating models, pitch and teaser materials, comparables and precedent analyses, and presentations.
  • Engage in end-to-end deal tasks rather than isolated questions, ensuring comprehensive coverage of processes like mergers and acquisitions or financings.
  • Apply the same rigorous standards expected in real-world deals, including those governed by regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in investment banking with a track record of completed transactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to reason through complex financial scenarios.
  • Experience in creating detailed financial models and presenting them effectively.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements pertinent to financial services.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of financial modeling and analysis techniques.
