Private Duty Nursing - LPN Weekends

Hourly Pay: $25 - $29 per hour

Schedule

Saturday & Sunday day shift in the Frazeysburg, OH area.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Requirements

• Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in the state in which the LPN/RN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
