Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer prescribed nursing services and monitor patient conditions.
• Assess signs of physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and patient status.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed as an LPN/RN in the practicing state.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
