Private Duty Nurse - RN (Nights/Weekends)

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, ensuring quality and compliance with physician orders and care plans. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and coordinating personalized patient care while observing and assessing patient needs.Documenting nursing activities, responses, and care updates accurately and promptly.Developing, implementing, and revising nursing care plans based on assessments.Recognizing and responding to changes in patient conditions to prevent risks.Educating patients and families on disease management, self-care, and prevention strategies.Maintaining infection control standards and adhering to regulatory guidelines. Qualifications And Skills Required Active, unencumbered RN license in the relevant state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days.Current CPR certification and TB skin test within last 12 months.Six months of clinical nursing experience preferred; home health experience is a plus.Reliable transportation and strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional Requirements Ability to lift 50 pounds, perform prolonged physical activities, and respond effectively in emergencies.Ability to work in diverse environments, potentially exposed to blood, bodily fluids, and allergens.
