Private Duty Nurse LPN - Nights or Weekends

About the role

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN roles available for night and weekend shifts at a leading private duty nursing provider. We foster a diverse, supportive, and connected workplace culture centered on compassionate homecare.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric and adult patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure excellent clinical outcomes
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes
• Support patients’ health and safety through skilled nursing care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
