About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs such as medical supplies, durable medical equipment (DME), and transport to appointments.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using digital tools and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the care team.
• Empower patients and families through personalized health education and care management.

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
