Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs: medical supplies, durable medical equipment, and transport to appointments.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation using digital tools and communicate with families, physicians, and the care team.
• Empower patients and families through personalized health education and care management.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Pay

$48/hour
