About the role

Concierge Nursing Referral Services (a specialized branch of TheKey) connects top-tier Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. As a 1099 contractor, you decide when you work, where you work, and which cases you accept, delivering discrete, premier clinical care tailored to each patient’s specific needs.

Pay

Starting at $70/hour, negotiated per case and paid weekly.

Schedule

Flexible / PRN. Choose from 8–12 hour shifts, short 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or potential ongoing long-term cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.

Requirements

• Active RN License in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR / BLS Certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
