Schedule
Flexible / PRN as an independent contractor (1099). Choose from 8–12 hour shifts, 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or potential long-term cases.
About the role
We connect top-tier Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes. As a 1099 contractor, you decide when, where, and which cases you accept, focusing all your expertise on one patient at a time.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments).
- Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office.
- Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training.
Requirements
- Active RN License in good standing.
- 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
- Active CPR / BLS Certification.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
