About the role

Take control of your schedule, your clients, and your income with high-end private duty care as an independent contractor (1099) providing flexible, PRN in-home nursing services for VIP clients who require personalized, one-on-one care.

Pay

Starting at $40/hour, negotiated per case and paid weekly.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing, including ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments.
• Coordinate client needs such as medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and the support office.
• Empower patients and families through personalized health education and training.

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
