Starting at $40/hour (negotiable per case), paid weekly.

Schedule

Flexible / PRN as an independent contractor (1099). Choose from 8–12 hour shifts, 2-hour visits, per-diem gigs, or potential long-term cases.

About the role

We connect top-tier Registered Nurses and LPNs with discerning VIP clients who require high-end, personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their homes.

• True 1:1 care: focus all your expertise on one patient at a time

Responsibilities

• Provide expert, compassionate 1:1 skilled nursing (ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management, and doctor-prescribed treatments)
• Coordinate client needs, including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate effectively with families, physicians, and our support office
• Empower patients and their families through personalized health education and training

Requirements

• Active LPN license in good standing
• 2+ years of nursing experience (strongly preferred)
• Active CPR / BLS certification
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
