Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care in home settings
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Support patients' health needs with empathy and professionalism
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
