Private Duty Nurse LPN - Various Patients/Shifts

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate patient care in home settings
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure positive clinical outcomes
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes
• Supporting patients’ health and safety while adhering to care plans

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

Preferred but not mandatory: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
