Private Duty Nurse LPN - Various Patients/Shifts

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate home healthcare to children and adults
• Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care
• Utilizing electronic documentation via in-home tablets
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality patient care

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Preferred: six months of hands-on nursing experience
• Reliable transportation
