Responsibilities

• Delivering patient care in home settings according to plans and protocols
• Documenting care electronically using tablets
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs
• Maintaining compliance with licensing, CPR, and TB testing requirements
• Providing quality nursing services within scope of practice

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification (training available after hire)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
