Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Teenager

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with trach/vent needs.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care.
• Using electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a team to deliver outstanding patient support.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
