Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Adult

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality patient care for adult clients with complex needs, including trach/vent support and use of Hoyer lifts.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, skilled nursing services in patients' homes.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in each patient's home.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification and TB test within last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Experience preferred but not mandatory.
