Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach/Vent Adult

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality nursing care to adult patients with complex needs, including trach/vent support and use of Hoyer lifts.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting patients and families.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
