Responsibilities
- Provide high-acuity, trach care for adult patients in home settings
- Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate and skilled nursing
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborate with a team to deliver personalized patient care
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory
