About the role

Providing compassionate homecare to pediatric patients with low acuity needs, including feeding tube management. Ensuring clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care. Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component.
• TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
