Private Duty Nurse - LPN (Feeding Tube Child, Overnight)

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, ensuring excellent clinical outcomes
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Support patients with low acuity needs, including feeding tube management
• Deliver patient-centered nursing care and maintain documentation
• Work collaboratively to achieve positive health outcomes

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
