Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to infants with low acuity needs, including feeding tube management and seizure monitoring
- Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic homecare
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborate with a team of clinicians and support staff
Qualifications & Skills
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (training available after hire if needed)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
