Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - Overnight

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality home healthcare to patients of all ages.
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through skilled nursing care.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; training assistance available post-hire.
• TB skin test within the past 12 months.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Preferred: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
