About the role
Join a dedicated homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). Responsibilities include providing compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients, specifically toddlers with low acuity needs and feeding tubes, ensuring clinical outcomes through teamwork and personalized patient support, utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes, and supporting patients and families with empathy and professionalism.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- Preferably, six months of hands-on nursing experience
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts including days, nights, and weekends
