Private Duty Nurse LPN - Overnight

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers, with low acuity needs such as feeding tube management
• Ensure clinical outcomes through personalized care and documentation via electronic systems
• Maintain patient safety and comfort
• Deliver patient-centered home healthcare while adhering to clinical protocols
• Work collaboratively with a supportive team
• Utilize electronic documentation systems
• Ensure compliance with health regulations

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the past 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
