Private Duty Nurse LPN - Overnight

Seeking Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurses (LPN/LVN) Role & Responsibilities Provide compassionate homecare to pediatric patients, primarily toddlers, with low acuity needs and feeding tube management.Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through personalized patient care.Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patient homes.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care. Qualifications & Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available post-hire if needed).TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation required.Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
