Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to pediatric patients with low acuity needs, including feeding tube management
- Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-focused service
- Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support family education
Requirements
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification and TB test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
Qualifications
Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
