Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - Feeding Tube and Lifting Support

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to adult patients in private duty settings
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document care electronically
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact license transfer within 90 days
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience
