Private Duty Nurse LPN - Feeding Tube

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate homecare for children with low-acuity needs, including feeding tube management
• Ensure outstanding clinical outcomes through empathetic patient care and documentation using electronic systems
• Collaborate with a team to support patients and families effectively

Qualifications

• Maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license
• Current CPR certification
• TB skin test within last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred six months hands-on nursing experience
