Private Duty Nurse (LPN) - Feeding Tube Infant

Seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) Role & Responsibilities Provide compassionate home healthcare to infants with low acuity needs, including feeding tube and oxygen support.Ensure clinical outcomes through dedicated patient care and collaboration with team members.Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients’ homes.Support patients and families with skilled nursing care tailored to individual needs. Qualifications & Skills Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state; compact licenses transferred within 90 days if applicable.Current CPR certification with hands-on component.TB skin test within the last 12 months.Reliable transportation required.Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not mandatory.
