About the role
We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled nursing services to pediatric and adult patients in their homes in a 1:1 setting.
Responsibilities
- Use the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Initiate and revise care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
- Respond to changes in patient condition and report to physicians or supervisors
- Identify educational, care coordination, and discharge planning needs
Qualifications
- Current RN license for the practicing state
- Health certificate
- Current BLS card
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
Skills
- One year of RN experience is preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to adapt to patient needs
