About the role
The Registered Nurse provides and coordinates in-home nursing care, ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and agency policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality clinical services within scope of practice and infection control standards
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary team from admission to discharge
- Conduct clinical assessments and verify patient eligibility and medical necessity
- Develop, revise, and monitor individualized care plans with healthcare providers
- Ensure care plans meet patient needs and obtain physician approval for revisions
Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted RN license in the practice state
- Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transit
- CPR certification
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments regardless of client background
Preferred Skills
- At least 1 year of RN experience
- Ability to work independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Pay
Hourly rates ranging from $28.27 to $50.48 based on experience and qualifications.
