Private Duty LPN/LVN - Trach/Vent Infant

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate homecare to diverse patient populations
• Ensuring outstanding clinical outcomes through personalized care
• Utilizing electronic documentation with a tablet in each patient’s home
• Collaborating with a team of clinicians and support staff

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
• Current CPR certification (training available post-hire if needed)
• TB skin test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation

Preferred: Six months of hands-on nursing experience
