About the role

Seeking a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) Role Overview: Provide compassionate homecare services for pediatric patients with low acuity needs, including g-tube, Syngap1, and behavioral issues, in Harrisonburg. Ensure clinical outcomes through direct patient care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care within the home setting.
• Utilize electronic documentation tools via patient tablets.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient needs.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; transfer of compact licenses to your state of residence within 90 days if applicable.
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component; assistance available post-hire if needed.
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

Flexible scheduling including full-time, part-time, or PRN shifts, days, nights, and weekends.
